As your moderator I already know your programme, your audience and your stage. In the two weeks before the event I prepare your speakers so that every session lands, every panel moves, and nothing overruns.

How speaker preparation works
Two to three weeks out:
a sixty-minute coaching session with each speaker, online. We sharpen the opening, cut what does not serve the audience, and fix the slides.
One week out:
each speaker receives a one-page written speaker briefing: structure, first sentence, last sentence, timing.
On the day:
a fifteen-minute check-in with each speaker before they go on, and panel briefings for every moderated session.
Because I am the one on stage, the preparation and the moderation are one piece of work, not two suppliers.
